Five coins, all minted in 1912, are the same as those that went down in the pockets and purses of the ship's passengers. Like the Titanic, these coins are pieces of history. The Lincoln Penny was in only its fourth year of issue, and the Liberty Nickel was minted for the last time the following year. The classic Barber Liberty Head Dime, Quarter and Half Dollar were all struck from .900 Fine Silver from the mines of the Western Frontier.
