We guarantee your plants only from the time the package is shipped until you open it (transit warranty). Therefore, if a plant dies after two days, it is not our responsibility. I hope that by importing, customers are aware that plants may not be in optimal condition due to interstate travel. We offer a one-time full replacement or a 50% refund (item price only) provided you send photos of the plant on the day the package arrives or no later than two days after arrival.
