Tribal Bracelet armband, Bronze Cuff African Jewelry Antique African: Kapsiki tribe maybe?

I was first advised that the tribe was Benin.. Auctioneer was under the impression it was from French West Africa.

3 7/8 OD Cuff

5" OD approx. Forearm

The only providance I have is the history regarding the auction where it was won. 
 Nellis Auction was the facilitator and the Estate was of a Dr. Mark Glen Henderson who passed in July 2022.
The armband was reported at auction as being from FRENCH WEST AFRICA. I'm not sure, my best guess is noted above.
