SGP41 VOC and NOX sensor (for intelligent regulation of air handling equipment)
The SGP4 is a VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) and NOx (Nitrogen Oxides) sensor designed as a digital intelligent switching and regulating unit for use in air handling equipment (e.g. purifiers). Thanks to Sensirion's powerful gas index algorithms, the two sensor signals are algorithmically processed to trigger the air handling equipment directly and automatically without user involvement. The sensor solution is therefore ideally suited for the continuous monitoring of VOCs and NOx, including potentially harmful environments that are imperceptible to humans. In addition, the SGP41 signal-based air handling equipment has an automatic control function that helps to save energy by shutting down the equipment once the VOC and/or NOx problem has been dealt with. The SGP41's multi-pixel sensing element offers unparalleled reliability, long-term stability and low drift for polluting gases in real-life environments.
