Product introduction
Circuit board and shock head (ceramic chip transducer) wiring instructions for use:
1. the circuit board shall not be no-load energized;
2. no cleaning fluid shall be energized during cleaning;
3. two terminals of the vibration head, divided into positive and negative, shall not be connected to the opposite;
4. the shock head must be soldered on one side of the power line with two silver layers, the other side is the vibration surface, which can be pasted under the cleaning basin (this is the component description of the ceramic chip transducer purchased); the silver layer on the ceramic chip is not resistant to high temperature, the temperature of the soldering iron must not exceed 280 degrees when soldering the power line, it is best to use a thermostatic iron, the temperature of the iron can be set to 250 degrees;
5. shock head larger side (there is a screw hole) for the vibration surface can be glued to the bottom outside the cleaning container, if it will argon arc welding on the screws and then add glue, tighten to the bottom tightly against the steel plate;
6. bonding the bottom must not have gaps trade;
7. vibrator for the metal box outside the 10CM * 10CM range;
8. Normal continuous working time should not exceed 10 minutes
9. Power board parameters: 120W 40khz
10. oscillator parameters: 40khz
11. Voltage: 220v
