| Product Description | Compared to previous HKS line-up turbos, both compressor/turbo wheels have small diameters, but this turbo can supercharge a large air volume. The turbo housing is made of stainless steel and is a V-band type. It is also recommended for those who use big singles for circuit laps. (*Materials may differ depending on the model.) Ball bearings are used. Equipped with a machined aluminum ported shroud that combines the bell mouth shape of the GTIII-5R and 4R designs with the circulation passage of the T51R type to achieve both surging countermeasures and smooth air intake. A special highly corrosion-resistant matte black coating is applied to the surface of the compressor housing to prevent corrosion of aluminum over time. In addition, the appearance is unified with the ported shroud of champagne gold anodized finish. |
