Both of these have been used they do have marks on

Onion one is has a slight bend in the stem part I think that is how it is

The potatoe one has a slight curve on the top but I think this is how they are

You will never bend these with your hands

Over all length is 28 cm  across the widest part at the top is 11 cm

About stems are about 4 mm wide
