For Clarion CCUMRA1 Marine Stereo
This 9-inch cable connects a newer 8-pin marine source unit (2009+, like CMV1, CMD6, M309, CMS1) to an older 6-pin pre-2009 wired marine remote (like CMRC1, CMRC2). It allows you to upgrade your main stereo while keeping your existing remote controls.
Important Notes
● Display Remotes (e.g., CMRC1SB): The LCD screen will remain blank. Basic button functions work, but no track/station info is displayed.
● Non-LCD Remotes (e.g., CMRC2SB): The mute button may not function.
● IR Remote Pass-Through: Not supported. Any infrared remote must be pointed directly at the main stereo unit, not at the wired remote.
