5. Shipping Damage and Defective Items:

Payment

1. Payment Deadline: Please complete your payment within 5 days after winning the item. If you encounter difficulties in making the payment within the required time, please contact us. A Non-Pay Dispute will be filed against your account after the 5th day.

Import Duties and Tax Fees: If the parcel is returned to us because the buyer refuses to pay import duties or tax fees, we will not resend the parcel unless the buyer pays these fees as well as all the return and resend costs. The buyer cannot cancel the order or request a refund for this reason.

Return Policy
