• Please check the size carefully before ordering. Please note that this product does not include hydraulic oil.
• The normal operating oil temperature of this product is 68-140℉, and the maximum system operating temperature is 194℉ (not more than 1 hour).
• Filter filtration accuracy is 10-30 microns, and it is better to add a magnetic block at the bottom of the oil tank to stop metal chips from entering the system. The solid contamination level of working oil should not be higher than 19/16.
• Please select the appropriate hydraulic oil according to the actual operation and ambient temperature. The oil viscosity at 104°F is 42-74mm²/s.
• When used in series or parallel, the external drain must be used for pressure relief if the back pressure exceeds 10MPa (the rotating speed is lower than 200rpm). It is better to connect the external drain directly with the oil tank.
• To ensure a long service life of the motor, it should be operated at 30% of the rated pressure for about 1 hour before adding load to the motor. Before adding load to the motor under any circumstances, ensure that the motor is filled with oil.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
