Pny 1070 no display + 3 1080 Volt modded

Edit: obtained information about the cards.

1. These cards are modded. Specifically "volt modded".

2. The weird wire is a voltage regulator wire.

3. To repair these GPU's - you will have to have soldering skills avaliable.

4. To repair the GPU's, you will need to replace the 27mhz crystal oscillator.

5. This is information I obtained thanks to a person who has knowledge about GPU repair.

NVIDIA GTX 1080 Founders Edition Graphics Card

Powers on. Fans spin at max speed. No display.

The GPU seems to be modded. There is a weird coaxial cable or something sticking out of the GPU. It appears to be soldered onto the PCB.

The wire says - "HARBOUR INDUSTRIES M17133 RC173 MIL DTC 17 27478"

I have no idea what this is. I bought these cards from another seller.

I have 4 avaliable. 2 of them I tried to test, both powered on, fans spun at max speed, and no display. I am assuming the other 2 are the same - however the other 2 are completley untested.
