Size is adjustable it is currently 36"to 40"stretched vut I have left the waist open to make adjustments to the elastic to make it smaller. If you let me know I can shorten the waist elastic to fit you just let me know your waist size at time of purchase or you can receive it as is and either sew the elastic to fit or safety pin to size.

I did not add flower and bow Embellishments to the back because I felt it might make sitting uncomfortable.

Also this was made from a vintage table cloth that  was used and may have little imperfections.
