Delivery timescale: Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 days, subject to stock availability and postcode location.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a text message and email allowing you to choose a convenient weekday delivery date through our booking system.
On the evening before delivery, you will receive a reminder and a timed delivery window for the following day.
Delivery is carried out between 7am–7pm and includes placement in your room of choice. For safety reasons, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging is not included.
If access to your chosen room is restricted or could risk damage or injury, the delivery team may place the item in a safe and convenient alternative location within your property.
UK mainland delivery is available to most postcodes. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, please message us on eBay before ordering so we can confirm availability for your location.

This is always at the discretion of the Manager and is an act of goodwill. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
