Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the items are in their original, unused condition (with tags attached). Products returned in damaged condition or missing parts are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly for return instructions.
When your order arrives, please inspect the item immediately to confirm condition, seal integrity, and authenticity. Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Items that are opened, unsealed, handled, altered, or kept for extended periods and later returned as “changed mind,” “not what expected,” or similar may be subject to up to a 50% deduction under eBay policy, reflecting the loss in resale value.
Please Note: returns showing opened or tampered seals, missing contents, physical damage, signs of handling, resealing, or tampering may be refused entirely. If the item’s new and resellable collectible condition is compromised (i.e., it is no longer new, sealed, or untouched), the return will not be accepted.
Additionally, if the returned product does not match the documented photos taken prior to shipment (e.g., swapped item, missing contents, altered product, or counterfeit substitution), the return will be refused.
If the return reason is “ordered wrong item,” “changed mind,” or similar, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
