Item Defective Upon Delivery:  Please contact us right away. We may be able to troubleshoot or offer a replacement unit. We will never intentionally send you a broken item (unless the item is listed ?AS-IS? or ?For Parts/Not Working?).

As-Is/Parts Items:  All sales are FINAL for As-Is/Parts items, unless the item received was not accurately depicted in the listing. We will do our best to include detailed photos, and information pertaining to the functional condition in the listings.
