Plarail T-30 Mighty Mac from Thomas and Friends by Takara Tomy.

Mighty Mac is a narrow-gauge Double Fairlie engine on the Skarloey Railway. As a double-ended engine he has two ends, each with its own face and name — "Mighty" and "Mac." When the two work together, he is one of the strongest engines on the little railway.
