Offered is this incredible Vintage 1909 Calendar from Lawrence University. It remains in absolutely incredible condition showing minimal signs of age or handling. The bottom of each page is cut to look handmade and distressed. The name Murphy is written on the back cover of the calendar, small near the upper right corner. It was found in a chest in a large closet with a lot of other items from the same time period where it had been stored flat and in the dark for decades. It measures approximately 10" tall by 6.25" wide. Great vintage calendar that had been stored away for decades. I do not think that you will ever see another example of this calendar anywhere, as it is 116 years old and was obviously meant to be used and disposed of.

Lawrence University is a private liberal arts college and conservatory of music in Appleton, Wisconsin. Founded in 1847, its first classes were held on November 12, 1849. Lawrence was the second college in the U.S. to be founded as a coeducational institution.
