Selling As Is, the case is in poor condition, cracks, with a small piece missing (See Pictures).
I have no way of testing this, but it does power up and does recognize torque in only the Clockwise. I do not know if this was designed to read CCW torque, but it does not seem to have that ability.
What Works: Hold Peak, Zero, Unit Selection, Set Alarm, the + and -.
