These Rotring compass attachment s may be used with the threaded Rotring pencils or any technical pens, such as Rotring, Staedtler, K&E, etc. The shank is dual diameter - 3.5mm and 4mm. These will fit most large, medium, and small vintage compasses. Another cool feature is the plastic piece can be rotated by 90 degrees, allowing for the writing instrument to be inline with the compass or perpendicular to the compass leg.
