Installation Method of Fuel Pump：

1. Before installing the fuel pump, it is necessary to prepare the appropriate tools and spare parts, and ensure that the working area is and tidy.

2. Choose the appropriate installation position according to the vehicle model and the type of fuel pump. Generally, the fuel pump should be installed the fuel tank or near the engine, to facilitate the connection of fuel pipelines and circuits.

3. Use the appropriate tools (such as screwdrivers,renches, etc.) to remove the screws fixing the fuel pump cover, and carefully take off the fuel pump cover.

4. Loosen the bolts of the fuel pump, and carefully take out the fuel pump. In this process, it should be noted that fuel may spray out, so it is necessary to use a drip to catch it.

5. Check whether the fuel pump is damaged, such as internal rust, wear or leakage problems. If the fuel pump is in good, it can be installed back into the fuel tank.

6. When installing the fuel pump, it is necessary to ensure that all connections are firm, overtightening or loosening, so as not to damage the parts or affect the normal operation of the fuel pump. At the same time, it is necessary to tighten according to specified torque.

7. Connect the pipelines and electrical plugs. Ensure that the pipeline connections are tight and free of leakage, and use special sealant orasket to enhance the sealing. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the plug connections are firm and in good contact to ensure normal power supply.

8. After the installation is completed, it is necessary to carry out a start-up test to check whether the working sound of the fuel pump is normal and whether the pressure meets the technical requirements of the vehicle.

9. In the process of installation, it is also necessary to pay attention to some details, such as that the installation height, length and diameter of the fuel pump suction pipe meet the calculated requirements, as short as possible to reduce loss. At the same time, the suction discharge pipelines need to be supported by brackets to avoid the pump bearing the load of the pipeline. The installation position should be spacious to facilitate future maintenance.
