Please check pictures carefully. This is a new vintage shirt and does have some spotting.
Yongsan Army Base (Yongsan Garrison) was the central U.S. military headquarters in Seoul, South Korea, serving USFK and the Eighth Army, but most operations and personnel moved to Camp Humphreys by 2018, with the site being converted into Yongsan Park, a public green space, though some U.S. presence remains, and a portion is now the Yongsan Children's Garden near the Presidential Office. Historically, it was a significant military hub since the Japanese colonial era (1910-1945) and the U.S. occupation after, with its closure marking a major land return to South Korea for transformation.
