This appears to be an older signed CORO Pin/Brooch depicting flowers tied with a ribbon.   It is made of silver metal (it did polish in a spot with a silver polish cloth but it is not marked sterling) with two different size clear and shiny rhinestones and 6 pearls.  

It is about 1 3/4 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches long and designed on a curve.  It's a heavy piece and the silver work is very detaled as seen in photos.  I purchased this pre-owned about 20 years ago.
