Problems and Solutions
- After powering on, the instrument does not light up when the power on button is pressed.
Solution: Check the plug connection.
- Unable to heat or not heated to set temperature
Solution: 1. Check that the air plug at the end of the cup mat is making good contact. 2. Replace the cup mat.
- The pattern is missing and the color is very light
Solution: Adjust temperature or extend heating time. Make sure the cup fits snugly into the cup mat.
- The pattern is blurred and yellowed
Solution: Reduce the time and temperature, you can adjust the time and temperature by using discarded cups and then heat press them.
