The Case IH Magnum 8900 Series was a late-1990s lineup of heavy-duty row-crop tractors (roughly 1997–1998) built in Racine, Wisconsin, designed for large-scale farming operations. The series included the 8910 through 8950 models, offering approximately 135 to 225+ PTO horsepower, all powered by an 8.3-liter turbocharged six-cylinder diesel engine. Known for their durability, strong hydraulics, comfortable cabs, and reliable full powershift transmissions, the 8900 Magnums were widely used for tillage, planting, and heavy pulling, and they served as the direct predecessors to the Case IH MX Magnum series introduced in 1999.
