Sale includes helmet items seen in photos:
- Helmet Liner.
- Communication System: earphones, microphone, cables.

Inner Liner: An inner helmet liner attaches to both the outer helmet shell and communications system. The inner liner is Medium and includes either an impact foam that is skived for ventilation. The liner is made of fire retardant material.

COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM:  The DH-132S is equipped with an MK-1697/G communications kit which includes a microphone (dynamic or noise canceling electret), two earphones (one installed in each earcup), a cordset with a lower AP-107XL plug.

Helmet-Integrated Communication for Armored Platforms
The Power-Time DH-132 CVC headset is engineered for operators inside armored vehicles, providing seamless helmet-mounted audio communication without requiring external brackets or additional headgear. Designed around the U-161/U connector, it integrates directly with common intercom and radio systems used by vehicle crews. With an enclosed acoustic chamber and robust sealing, this helmet headset maintains voice clarity even under heavy vibration, engine resonance and metallic impact environments typical of armored mobility units.

Clear Voice Transmission with Protective Sealing
The boom-mounted headset with mic supports consistent two-way communication even when operators wear gloves, masks or full protective ensembles. The ear-cup construction provides measurable noise attenuation, reducing exposure to engine, airflow and structural noise inside tanks, APCs and command vehicles. Its rugged build meets the functional demands of procurement teams requiring a custom headset that maintains comfort and stability during long-duration missions.

Interoperability Across Vehicle and Command Systems
Designed for militaries and integrators standardizing fleet communication gear, the DH-132 CVC headset offers compatibility with multiple vehicle intercom systems through its U-161/U plug. This ensures simplified logistics, rapid field swap-outs and reduced training burden. Operators can transition between vehicle platforms without adjusting connectors or using adapter modules, enabling a unified tactical headset configuration across teams.

Use Scenarios

Armored Vehicle Crew Operations
Inside tanks, APCs and tracked vehicles, crew members rely on the DH-132 for continuous communication through intercom systems. The helmet-integrated design eliminates shifting or pressure points caused by external headsets, while the tactical headset configuration supports extended mission duration under heavy vibration.

Mobile Command and Convoy Coordination
During convoy coordination, vehicle commanders use the headset to monitor internal and external networks, switching between voice channels without adjusting headgear. The boom headset with mic enables uninterrupted voice transmission even inside high-noise cabins.

Training, Simulation and Multi-Platform Instruction
Military training centers use the DH-132 across simulation vehicles, training APCs and maintenance bays. The standardized helmet headset design allows fleet-wide consistency—reducing spare-parts mismatch and enabling instructors to train teams using identical communication gear.
