Absent Lovers (Live In Montreal 1984) documents King Crimson’s final concert of their 1980s lineup, recorded on 11 July 1984 at the Spectrum de Montréal. Originally released in 1998 and reissued on Discipline Global Mobile, this live album captures the band at a creative peak, blending new wave, art rock and progressive experimentation. Featuring powerful performances of material from Discipline, Beat and Three Of A Perfect Pair, this release is widely regarded as one of King Crimson’s finest live recordings.
