Shipping Warranty FAQ

We will ship your order in one business day once the payment is cleared.

Tracking number will be uploaded to eBay within 24 hours after shipment.

Notice:

1. We only ship the item to PayPal verified shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address is the same as PayPal.

2. Import Tax: We do not cover any import Duty and Tax. Customer should be responsible for the Import tax.

3. We ship all our items either via UPS Standard or Canadapost Expedited . The estimated delivery time is around 2-4 working days to most area in Canada .

All products have 2 years warranty (unless otherwise stated ). If you have a problem with our product, please contact us via eBay messages first Full details of warranty are as follows:

If Goods become faulty during the period of the warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in writing and/or by completing a warranty claim form (including a description of the fault) and return such Goods to us. Such Goods shall be followed the return procedure and returned to the manufacturer for review, testing and examination, and the manufacturer will not arrange collection for the product. Based on the manufacturers' opinion, we will be afforded reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under the Warranty.

The above warranty is given by us subject to you having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.

Will this fit my car?

We have used the eBay compatibility list as a guide for buyers to use, but the eBay data system is not accurate and incomplete sometimes. Please make sure you have read through the whole listing and paid attention to “note” and “notice”. If there is any uncertain, please use the eBay message to check with our sales first.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

You can check the delivery cost in the listing “Shipping and payments” section by selecting your country and entering your zip code. If it is not specified, please provide us your shipping address and zip code via eBay message. For CA domestic shipping, the delivery time is around 2-5 business days. The international shipment delivery time is around 4-7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept payment via PayPal. You can also use PayPal as a guest and pay using a debit or credit card.

When will my order be dispatched?

We will arrange the shipment in 1 business day after the payment is cleared. The tracking number will be updated on eBay in 24 hours after the shipment. Please notice that there is no shipment during weekend and holidays.

Can I amend my order?

Sorry no. Once the payment is cleared, we cannot amend any item(s), quantities, or add or remove items. We are also unable to change the delivery address. Therefore, please double check all the order information before making payment.But if any question , pls contact us via eBay.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Please simply contact us via eBay messages, and then, we will get back to you as soon as possible with the update. Usually, we will follow up every shipment till customers get their order.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

Please simply contact us via eBay messages, and then, we will get back to you as soon as possible. It will speed up the process if you could provide us some pictures or video to illustrate the issue details.
