Vintage OMOR J-211 folding fruit/produce knife made in Japan. Measures 10β…›" open and 5Β½" closed. Features a long, narrow stainless-steel blade and a bright yellow early-plastic (cellulose acetate) handle. These lightweight knives were used by produce testers and fruit inspectors from the 1960s–80s for clean, precise slicing. Blade opens and closes properly and shows normal age wear. RARE Hard-to-find J-211 modelβ€”great piece for collectors of vintage Japanese knives.

I cleaned This up nicely. The blade is pretty sharp, so I left that for you to sharpen to your liking. It has been lubed with Food Grade Mineral Oil.
This knife has a nice weight and feel at 50.8 grams. It has a nice snap and just a little blade wobble when fully opened. Honestly, its not bad and probably that way out of the factory.
