**Product Description**
DNB-4 Enameled Wire Stripping Machine, adopting the "Golden Blade" conical fiber wheel designed by our factory, the effect is: can completely remove the hard insulating paint, enamel paint, ML, lsonel, etc. on the enameled wire without damaging the copper (aluminum) wire itself. Suitable for thinner wire diameters, and can process multiple strands of enameled wire at the same time, with convenient operation and excellent effect.

**Installation and Use**
Select the stripping wheel to be used and install it on the machine. The conical part of the stripping wheel faces upward. Place an enameled wire between the two stripping wheels, and finely adjust the two stripping wheels until the enameled wire is gently clamped. Hold both ends of the wire by hand, then start the switch and gently pull the enameled wire through. Adjust the appropriate pressure between the two stripping wheels so that the paint on the stripped part is taken away by the enameled wire and the paint residue is relatively clean, and only the top paint of the wheel wire is stripped. Then perform trial stripping of the enameled wire several times, and a satisfactory stripping effect can be pulled out. Because when the machine is running, the wire has a slight fluctuation on the stripping wheel. During work, put the enameled wire into the gap behind the two stripping wheels. During operation, if the paint that cannot be seen on the surface will cause the stripping effect to be unclean, the stripping wheel needs to be trimmed at this time. You can use sandpaper to trim the conical surface of the stripping wheel to be flat until the two stripping wheels are gently touched and separated smoothly. Trim the wheels during operation until they can be trimmed to be relatively flat before operation.
The stripping wheel with a conical design can move and adjust on the shaft by using the telescopic characteristics of the spring, which is convenient for more convenient operation of the stripping wheel. The inner hole of the wheel is directly inserted on the shaft, so when a new wheel needs to be replaced, just pull out the unusable wheel from the shaft, then insert the new wheel, and you can start working again.
