Sound mode cannot be turned off completely.
Bark stoppers are used to remind training dogs, not to punish them.
Do not use this product to attempt to correct the behaviour of aggressive dogs.
Please take off the collar when your dog is ready for a shower or swimming.
Considering your dog as a friend, we recommend that you close static mode and use vibration training mode.
The collar design is not recommended for long-term wear. We recommend that dogs not wear collars for more than 6 hours every 24 hours and only wear collars during training...... Take it off after training.
If the hair on the dog's neck is too long, it may cause the receiver to not fully reach the skin, you will have to shave part of it so that it can reach the skin and the shock does not go through the thick hair.
To protect your dog's skin, place the soft silicone spot on the receiver and leave some extra length (about 2 fingers wide) when placing it on your dog's neck.

If there are signs of human or pet use on the device, such as dog bite marks, damage to the appearance during use, dropping or cracking, or if the charging end is not securely covered, resulting in water ingress and inability to use, we do not accept returns.
If returned, please provide product condition pictures before returning. We will provide a return address after confirmation. Please return all items as they are. If there are missing parts or if the returned items do not match the provided condition pictures, we will deduct a portion of the payment. Thank you for your understanding!
We will not bear the return shipping cost unless there is a quality issue with the equipment. We will conduct testing upon receipt. If the reason for return is that the equipment is not working, but the item is working normally after testing, we will charge a certain percentage of the fee.
