4. If the product is repackaged in a yellow cardboard box to protect it, the cardboard box is not covered by the quality warranty.

1.Returns/exchanges are not possible for playback problems caused by device issues, so we recommend playing the DVD/BD on a dedicated device with the latest software update.
2. Static electricity and dust may cause playback issues. This can often be resolved by wiping the disc with a dry cloth or using a dedicated product like a DVD cleaner.

Occasionally, discs may contain minor scratches or imperfections on the printed surface.
