Cool Batteries Before Charging: After a flight, Matrice 4 Series batteries may overheat. Wait until the battery temperature drops below 40°C (104°F) before connecting the cable – this protects battery health and ensures safe, efficient charging.

Secure Connection: Insert both ends of the cable firmly into the SDC port of the DJI Power series power station and the corresponding port on the Matrice 4 Series battery until they click into place. Loose connections may slow charging or cause interruptions.
