• Please read the operating manual completely before use. And pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
• When just starting up, it needs to be adjusted to a maximum of 80-95 degrees and heated for 30-40 minutes. It is recommended to chop the chocolate that needs to be heated, and stir it during the melting process (this one is air dried and heated, with a temperature difference of about plus or minus 5-10 degrees). The melting point of melted food is not higher than 60 degrees, and the machine is not suitable for adjusting the curve. It is suitable for room temperature chocolate and not suitable for temperature adjusted chocolate. The minimum temperature is based on the ambient temperature.
• Please note that the machine is dry-heating, and it is forbidden to add water and other liquids to the heater. To prevent damage to the heater, please do not put any objects in the heater.
• Please wipe the machine shell with a wet towel and do not flush it directly with water.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
