We ship with USPS for orders less than 10LB, Orders over 10LB we use UPS or FedEx
Same day shipping if you order before 3PM Central Time Monday to Friday
Same day Delivery for local customers, if you are in the 70 miles from our shop you will get same day delivery
All items we offer are new unless missing box or open box as described open boxes or missing original box will be tested to ensure 100% working condition, some of them are still covered
By manufacture, some of the item boxes will have some scratches due to transit and shipping, if you need to reach out for any item, please feel free to reach out
We can send an exact item picture if requested just ask, picture requested may be delayed up to 5 hours since we are not in our warehouse all the time, we will not be responsible
If the item sells before we send a picture to you, Items that offers replacements or warranties may not be offered by us it will be offered by the brand it self.
We offer 10 Days’ return under our policy, we offer full refund store credit or replacement for same item or similar, all item received for
returns will be inspected and needs to be received in the original box if applied.
