Herend Chinese Bouquet (Chinese Bouquet) Purple Egg-Shaped Bonbonniere with Lid

This is an egg-shaped bonbonniere (lidded trinket box) from Herend’s popular Chinese Bouquet series in purple.
Oriental-inspired peony flowers and butterfly motifs are delicately hand-painted in monochromatic purple gradations, showcasing the elegance and refined beauty characteristic of Herend.

The lid is fully removable.

Backstamp details:
HEREND HUNGARY with crown mark
The porcelain body is embossed with the HEREND mark
These markings confirm the item is an authentic Herend piece.

There are no noticeable chips or cracks; however, there is a very small chip on the rim of the lid.
There is minimal wear to the gilt decoration, and the overall condition is very good.
Minor surface marks on the base, believed to be from the manufacturing process, are present but do not affect use or display.
