Mountain Card Co Shipping Policy
1. Orders Under $20
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate based on a weight of 3 ounces.
- Shipping Method: Items will be shipped via Plain White Envelope (PWE).
Packaging Process:
- Penny Sleeving: Each card will be placed in a penny sleeve to prevent damage.
- Top Loading: The sleeved card will then be inserted into a top loader for added protection during transit.
- Team Bag: The top-loaded card will be placed inside a team bag to keep it secure.
- Packing Slip: The order will be wrapped with the packing slip inside the team bag to ensure it stays organized.
- Envelope Size: The envelope will be appropriately sized to fit the card, top loader, and team bag without causing any damage.
Shipping Weight:
- These items will be treated as 3 ounces for shipping purposes to cover the cost of both materials and handling.
2. Orders Over $20 or Not Qualifying for PWE
- Shipping Fee: Flat rate based on a weight of 8 ounces.
- Shipping Method: Items will be shipped in a Bubble Mailer for extra protection.
Packaging Process:
- Penny Sleeving: Each card will be placed in a penny sleeve.
- Top Loading: The card will be placed in a top loader to safeguard it during shipment.
- Team Bag: The top-loaded card will be enclosed in a team bag.
- Cardboard Protection: To further protect the card from bending or damage, cardboard will be added for extra rigidity.
- Bubble Mailer: The wrapped and protected card will be placed inside a bubble mailer, ensuring it arrives safely to the buyer.

- These items will be treated as 8 ounces for shipping purposes to cover the cost of both materials and handling.
3. General Shipping Details
- Handling Time: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Tracking: All orders will include tracking to provide buyers with transparency and reassurance.
- Shipping Speed: Typically, orders will be shipped via Standard USPS Mail, unless a different option is selected by the buyer.
