Condition: Fair. The colored plat and township maps are in good, legible condition with no tears. Exterior front cover and first blank page have separated from the binding. All other pages are still firmly bound. Cover and pages show wear and some discoloration (fantastic patina!). Supplemental illustration pages (portraits/farms) have significant tears and wear (almost ALL illustration pages have tears and 1 photo of a house seems to have been cut out). A chunk of the last page (on medieval and modern history) is torn out.
