ITEM CONDITION & DETAILS

• Used Condition: Most parts are sold in used condition. Please expect normal signs of wear, including scratches, dings, discoloration, and surface rust.

• "As Removed": Parts are sold exactly as pulled from the engine. They have not been degreased or detailed; please expect grease/dirt and plan to clean the part prior to installation.

• Mechanical Guarantee: Unless otherwise noted as "Parts/Repair," all items are inspected and are mechanically functional.

• Consumables: We do not guarantee the lifespan or condition of rubber seals, gaskets, o-rings, or piston rings. These are consumable items and should generally be replaced when installing used hard parts.

• Multi-Quantity Listings: If we have multiple of the same item in stock, the specific part you receive may vary slightly cosmetically (water stains, paint condition, etc.) from the photo, but will be mechanically identical. We always ship the best-looking unit available first.

• Shipping Hours: We operate and ship Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday; orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

• Carrier Choice: We ship via the most economical method (USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground) depending on weight and distance.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• NO ELECTRICAL RETURNS: We do not accept returns on electrical components, including CDIs, MPEMs, EMMs, Coils, Modules, Relays, Harnesses, Stators, or Electrical Boxes. Please be certain of your diagnosis before purchasing electrical parts.

• Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee unless the item was described incorrectly or is defective.

• New Items: New items that have been installed, mounted, or removed from packaging and then returned are subject to a 50% Restocking Fee.

• Item Not As Described: If you receive a damaged part or one that does not match the listing description, please contact us immediately. We may have a replacement in stock, or we will offer a full refund after the item is returned to us.

• Case-by-Case: We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable and always willing to work with you to make things right.
