Ok. Technically this is an open box, but with all items that I sell that are customer returns that I buy on liquidation pallets from Amazon....I open and inspect to verify and photograph. This is in fact new and not messed with. All parts are accounted for as I verified with the installation instructions or other resources online. 

Being an open box, this may show signs of very light handling and/or box wear from being shipped around multiple times. I will pack well to ensure it arrives as you see it!

AMAZON, Lowe's, Walmart and Home Depot etc are selling 100s if not 1000s of these for 158 bucks! Don't do it! Buy mine!
