Davies' "The Horses of Winter."  It is the first American edition, and was published in 1967 by Random House.  The novel is an action & adventure mystery thriller.  This is a classic work of fiction from one of the UK's most popular authors.  It is a classic mid-century thriller.  This one is in ACCEPTABLE CONDITION! There are no tears, rips, major discoloration, missing pages or stray marks.  The binding is coming apart and there is a New York Public Library stamp on the title page (see photos).  It is missing the original dust cover.
