Lovely vintage Cowan Art Pottery Pedestal Base Console Bowl.  The exterior is a spotty light and dark blue and the interior is a solid lavender.  The ends are seahorse decorated.  No chips, cracks or damage.  The bowl is about 5" at the highest and 16" long.
