This is the Marvel Legends Black Panther Electronic Helmet, brand new inside the box. The helmet has never been used — all parts are new and untouched. The outside box just isn't perfect.
The box has soft edges, some corner wear, a few scratches, and light warping on the top flap from old moisture exposure. Nothing major, but it's not mint — more like "still great for gifting, just not perfect for collectors." The helmet inside is brand new and works exactly as it should.
