AC2c 70th Anniv 1st UK Aerial Post Hendon & Windsor Double Signed 11th Sept 81 BFPS 1912 Hendon Day of Aero Philately Special Postmark. Cover utilizes RAF Museum 70th Anniversary of the first UK Aerial Miniature sheet MS4 which depicts Bleriot X1 flying over Windsor Castle. Flown in 32 Squadron Whirlwind Mk 12  from RAF Hendon Smiths Lawn Windsor to RAF Hendon .Reflown in Duck End Farm Parachute Group  Cessna from St Neots to RAF Hendon and delivered by Parachutists at the opening ceremony performed by  Group Captain Sir Douglas Bader. Personally Signed by Parachutist J R .Nicholls & Francis J Field Served in Royal Warwickshire Regiment  during World War . During the War he suffered minor injuries and gasing in France, before being more seriously wounded in 1916. He was discharged 2 years later. He become the living encyclopaedia  Britannia  of Aerophilately.
