Installation

1.Before changing the oil filter,you need to drain the oil at the beginning.

2.Because there are so many different models use 3.6L V6 Engines,the location of the filter is different.

3.Remove the cap with the 24mm socket and unscrew the oil filter.Place some rag or paper towel under the oil filter housing and let the excess oil drip into the engine down to the drain pan.

4.Lubricate the cap o-ring and element o-ring with fresh motor oil,combine the cap and filter,then use the same tools to tighten them on the engine.
