• Default shipping cost or free shipping service is only for customers from Canada or the lower 48 United States by Canada Post, USPS or UPS Ground.
• Customers from other areas or needing other shipping methods, please contact us.
• Buyers from Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other countries/areas, there WILL be extra shipping costs, please contact us for more detailed information.
• Please make sure your address is valid for both UPS and USPS services. Any costs incurred because of incorrect or undeliverable address should be undertaken by buyer.

Handling Time

Shipping is usually made in 1-3 business days after payments cleared. Orders are processed from Monday-Friday; Not on the weekends & public holidays.

Sales Tax / Customs Duties

Any sales taxes or Customs duties are not included. If applicable, they must be undertaken by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

• All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment.
• A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on condition.
• Items returned under buyer’s remorse: Return shipping fee covered by buyer; original shipping cost deducted; 15% restocking fee applied.
• Returns resulting from seller error: Full refund of item and shipping charges provided.
• All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number issued by seller. Contact us first for details.

Defective & Damaged Products

• If product received damaged or not as described, send pictures/videos for prompt resolution and carrier claims.
• Replacement or refund of defective/damaged products limited to exact same product; otherwise, purchase price refunded to original payment method.
• Report damages within 7 days of receipt. RA number required for all returns.

eCheck Processing

Payments via eCheck require 5-7 days to clear after checkout before shipment arrangement.

• 6 months' warranty for machines (excludes consumables). Technical support available beyond warranty period at low cost.
• Warranty shipping cost to seller is buyer's responsibility.
• Return shipping cost to buyer is seller's responsibility.
