Returns & Refunds:
You have 14 days from the receipt of your bed to decide whether to return it. To qualify for a return, the bed must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been used. - Free Delivery: Available across England, mainland Wales, Scotland, and Glasgow.
- Additional Charges: Certain postcodes (e.g., IV, AB, PH, PA, KY, BT, EX, TR) will incur an additional £50 charge.
- Exclusions: Delivery is not available to offshore islands, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands, etc.
- Ground Floor Delivery Only: Our delivery is to the ground floor/main entrance only. If you live in a flat or apartment, please ensure the courier can access the ground floor for delivery.
