Unlike traditional flat cushions or 90° seating, the Alexia seat raises the hips and gently angles them forward, allowing your spine to remain naturally upright while your legs fold comfortably underneath—without bearing excessive body weight.

Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal address matches the delivery address before completing your payment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the items are in their original, unused condition (with tags attached). Products returned in damaged condition or missing parts are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly for return instructions.
When your order arrives, please inspect and test the item immediately to confirm proper condition, fit, and functionality. Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Items that are used, worn, assembled, installed, stretched, broken in, or kept for extended periods and later returned as “did not like,” “did not fit,” “changed mind,” or similar may be subject to up to a 50% deduction under eBay policy. This deduction reflects the loss in the item’s resale value.
Please Note: Returns showing signs of use or wear — including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, dirt, sweat marks, grass/clay residue, odor, chalk, tape residue, stretched materials, damaged grips, altered padding, or removed tags — may be refused entirely. If the item’s new and resellable condition is compromised (i.e., it is no longer new or ready for resale), the return will not be accepted.
Additionally, if the returned product does not match the documented photos taken prior to shipment (e.g., different serial number, swapped item, altered equipment, or counterfeit replacement), the return will be refused.
If the return reason is “ordered wrong item,” “changed mind,” “did not like,” or similar, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
