Well, well, what have we here?  Up for bid is this charming primitive plate, handpainted and signed by beloved artist Donna White. It depicts a scarecrow, apparently not doing his job by welcoming a crow on his outstretched arm. The plate measures about 6-1/8" in diameter. It comes to you in excellent displayed condition, with a bit of light surface wear,  including a few faint scratches in the background, but no worrisome damage. What a great addition to your primitive home decor!  

The cold, hard truth, aka shipping & handling terms:   Winning domestic bidder is to pay closely estimated shipping costs--i.e., either exact, or due to irregularities built into the shipping calculator, within $0.77 of actual postal prices--plus $0.73 in handling fees (or $1 for Canadian buyers, and 10% surcharge on postage to other international buyers).  This handling fee has become a sad necessity due to the ever-increasing fees imposed by Ebay on your total invoice (item + sales tax + shipping). Even the sale of a $5 mug will incur me over $2 in fees--the higher the value and weight of the item, so too the fees. Because my business is largely based on low-ticket items, without this added cushion my profit margins would not otherwise legitimize staying in business.  Thank you for your understanding.
