The blade features a graceful mist pattern. The core blade is made from a special super-hard alloy steel V Gold 10 specifically crafted for cutlery. On both sides of the core 32 layers of stainless steel are forged together to create the mist pattern. The edge has a remarkable sharpness and durability unparalleled by other knives ensuring long-lasting performance. The elegant and beautiful mist KASUMI knife with a sturdy black laminated reinforced wooden handle is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans. In 2002 it won the "DESIGN PLUS" award at Ambiente Messe in Germany.
