Upgraded shipping with 2 day or next day air is available foe added cost. We also do combined shipping.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE & DOA POLICY

Two clear photos of the DOA livestock in unopened shipping bag are required to receive credit. These images must be received within 1 hour of package delivery.

If temperatures are below 50 degrees or above 80 degrees proof of DOA must be provided upon delivery. This is to guarantee that package was not left out in the extremes. 

Shrimp are not guaranteed past arrival. Opening the shipping bags ends the 'arrival' period and, without photographs, indicates that the fish are acceptable in the condition they arrived.

DOA credits are redeemable for the same species of fish on the next order as available.

No refunds will be issued for DOA livestock.

Shipping charges are not covered by my DOA Policy.

Heat or cooling packs are available for $2.50

We do not guarantee livestock beyond the day of arrival. It is the customer’s responsibility to research any items they are interested in prior to purchase in order to ensure a suitable environment for the animal to thrive. Incompatibility with tank mates should not be overlooked and is not our responsibility. Water quality and the correct diet will help with the long term health of the animal you are purchasing. Poor maintenance routines, poor water quality, and unhealthy diet is the responsibility of the hobbyist to correct.
